Refund policy

Every Ravens Roses arrangement is handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selections made at checkout.

If something arrives damaged or defective, however, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your arrangement upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contains the wrong item, or has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ravensroses6@gmail.com.

Please include:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the arrangement

- Photos of the packaging and shipping box

- A brief description of the issue

Once we review your claim, we will work with you on the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Handcrafted & Natural Variations

Each Ravens Roses arrangement is made by hand using preserved natural roses. Slight variations in rose shape, color, texture, placement, and other handcrafted details are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

No two arrangements will be completely identical.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our arrangements are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind

- Personal preference

- Incorrect products or options selected by the customer

- Normal variations in preserved roses or handcrafted details

This does not affect our commitment to resolving orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
